Having had great experiences with FSU Credit Union in the past, they were our go to for a loan to buy our travel trailer. Buying from a private party in another state five hours from home posed complications in transferring our loan proceeds to the sellers account so theyd have immediate access. If wed had to wait for the loan check to clear at the sellers bank, wed have had to leave the trailer there and make another 10-hr round trip to pick it up days later. Financial Services Rep Jody Huffman provided the most amazing customer service! She drove the check to a local branch of our sellers bank, spoke with the manager to ensure the seller would have next day access and deposited the check. Within minutes the sellers had a notice that the funds would be available to them the next morning. We were on our way home with our dream travel trailer within an hour. Were so grateful to Ms. Jody and FSU Credit Union!
