worse place I have ever stayed in lived here for a long time and fought the roaches the whole time , staff is horrible very rude

Do not rent from this place. And dont ever ask to speak to the manager. The leasing agent is the worst to deal with. Complete disrespect complete rudeness personally attacks you tries to instigate a fight when youre sitting there calm talking in a normal tone. Maintenance supervisor is the same way harasses people threatens to call the cops the only one thats nice is the property manager. The assistant manager acts the same way as the other two. Accuses you of things you didnt do create false accusations against you raises your voice yells at you , tell you to leave the office even when the manager said to stop in and try to treat you like a child. This is the worst experience I have had anywhere I have been at any business. I dont recommend anyone living here will have to deal with this harassment.

Live here if you want all your household repairs to be neglected for months. It is hard to get the staff here to do anything. I've had a leak for many months with emails dating back to when it started and dated pictures/videos documenting the leak. I went in to put a request in (I've lost count of how many I've put it in.) The next day I went to check on the request and apparently it wasn't in their system at all. The woman who put it in said she "forgot" I've also had this happen multiple times as I'll put a request in one day, check on it the next and they tell me there's nothing in the system. So also expect the staff to forget about your apartments wellbeing multiple times. To manage this leak I've had to wash a load of towels every day to keep up, sometimes twice a day. Now my dryer has broken from excessive overuse, (a dryer we bought upon moving in and they will not reimburse this despite the fact it got a couple years worth of usage in the span of months due to this leak.) I can't dry towels to soak up the water so my kitchen floor is soaked and developing mold. It's also made the affordable cost of living here alot more expensive as my electric bills are way higher and detergent needs to be bought almost weekly. Roaches also will be living in your home in any apartment, no matter how clean you are, they come in through the outlets and walls. Don't get attracted by the price, lookout for your well-being, move somewhere else.

The property does not look like the pictures. The pond is nothing like what they show and the whole area is like they let it go to waste. I drove by there to look at it and its not even close to what it shows.
