Excellent experience, sales agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers did a great job installing my floors. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I live in Kissimmee, FL and I have shopped a few stores in the area. I must say that the prices were at my range but I still wasn't happy all the way with how I was treated and on the time frame of my product was to arrive. I was searching online and came across this Custom Floors in Sarasota FL. When I called there was a pleasant calm voice from a gentlemen by the name of Ken Torres. I had explained my issues that I was having here in Kissimmee, FL. Ken helped me in every witch way to make sure my experience was not unpleasant and or stressful. I emailed what I was looking for and gave him prices I have received. In about 2 hours later I received a call back from Ken Torres with what I wanted and a BETTER price!
