I had a leak in the roof, Bob Alex came to the house for the estimate earlier than expected. In and out. When other companies wanted to charge me thousand of $$, Bob Alex came in saw it was an easy fix and fixed on the spot. Very quick and efficient. Thank you Bob!

This was the worst company to do business with. Tried contacting management MULTIPLE times nobody knew how to communicate, Deena (owner) does not know how to run a business and is dishonest, they did not have any of the material i needed for months, when trying to get updates on needed materials lacey was also no help. I have a new house built in 2018, Crown Roofing installed my roof. They negotiated with my builder a one year warranty. You can't imagine how shocked I was that my very expensive roof had a one-year warranty, the same as my hair blow dryer. If they really believed in their product why would they only warrantee for one year?. December 2021 I called Crown Roofing in reference to a leak in my kitchen. They came and looked at the area took pictures, there was no obvious issue on the roof no broken tiles etc.. I was told it would cost over $4000 to take the tiles off and look at the situation before they could determine the problem. I was not impressed and I'm not about to give them another blank check. We hired another company  for $300 to take care of the problem.  In May, 2021, we came back from holiday only to find that we now have three leaks in our roof including another one in the kitchen and two large leaks in my son's bedroom, lots of ceiling damage.  Absolutely disgusted!
