I think it would be the worst management I have ever experienced and will experience in my life. First of all, the location is right next to the club, so it is difficult to sleep due to the noise that continues until dawn from Thursday to Saturday, and various outsiders occupy the apartment complex parking lot and create discomfort around it until dawn. The management seems to be kind, but in reality, they have no interest in solving my problems, and even though there are clearly problems with their system, they did not have any intention of telling me why the problem occurred other than saying that there were problems with my personal information and bank. In the end, they only provided a solution to the problem after I indicated a strong response, after a few months. Moreover, they even showed cowardly behavior by sneaking in costs that should not be charged. I don't think anyone would want to live with such a management.

As a student it is the most affordable and comfortable area you can get close to campus. I have been staying here for 3 years now and its great. Maintenance comes very quickly for any problem and the office staff is very helpful for anything you need!

Midtown at Meridian is highly recommended apartment! Been staying here for 1year and 2weeks to be exact and we really love the neighborhood. Everyone is friendly! we did not encounter any problems so far! The staffs or employees were nice and friendly! And as far as we know this is the most cheapest price apartment in Tallahassee! We dont think of not renewing the contract because everything u,re looking for is here. its near to Churches, Markets, restaurants and more. Thank you midtown at meridian for making our stay here peaceful
