I scheduled an appointment online with the next available stylist which happened to be Hector . They took my 50.00 deposit then I received a text from the stylist stating they did not have time for the service that I needed . Then he goes on to tell me I could keep the same time an appointment for 30.00 extra . Money sure does talk doesn't it? I've been asking for a refund because I need the service done before an event No one will take my calls and they still have my 50.00 deposit . I work in the service industry never would be so rude to my Clients.

Hi Victoria, this is Aimee. Thanks for the review as you and I were both texting each other as you were obviously creating this. Let’s get facts straight, Yes you booked for a 2 week volume fill at $100. We charge 25% deposits per service. Charges are online and automated. That would be a $25 charge not $50 which I confirmed with you via text and sent you a pic of the refund. Our website does state that we do NOT do lash “fills” behind other lash salons or stylists other than at LASHed.OUT. Each service description states the same info, so that way there is no confusion to a new client. However you were confused or merely didn’t read our policy or service descriptions. Hector did reach out to you about your appointment & tried explaining the same thing but it didn’t register with you. Then you proceeded to threaten him with a bad review of him due to your own negligence and stating how rude he was. Obviously you’re not used to being corrected and it’s understandable that it came off rude to you especially that you just booked what you wanted online without reading. Also, let’s note, that the time issue of appointment was in a series of texts between both you and Hector. Hector actually MOVED his client that was booked after you to a later time so that he could still accommodate you. Unfortunately, this is not something that needs to be relinquished to you at the moment but here we are. Moving forward try to see things from someone else’s perspective as he did tell you that he was busy with another client and still accomplished in getting you in at the same time that you needed and yes at an additional charge. We only do Full Sets as stated and matter of fact there was a typo. It was not an additional $30 it would’ve been an additional $125, our Volume Full Sets are $225 to which we don’t have an issue with our guests booking at that price. Hector did an amazing job on my eyelash extensions! He was on time his station was sanitize completely before my services started. Hector listened to me about my eyelashes and how I wanted them to look. He works at a constant pace! My end result is amazing... I am glade I selected Lashed Out for my eyelash needs!

Ive been going to Lashed Out for almost 3yrs and I cant imagine going some place else. Im obsessed with getting my lashes done. Hector is the best & is truly amazing at what he does. My lashes always look natural yet noticeable. He takes his time to make sure your lashes come out perfect! Hands down the best place for you to get your lashes done is Lashed Out. You wont regret it.
