An average hotel with subpar services. The front staff have no inclination to be helpful. Would rather laugh than be of service for simple issues.

Stayed April 2nd to 5th 2024 and were were extremely happy with this hotel. Very clean and quiet. Great location minutes from everything. But the best part of the stay was the staff they could not do enough for us and they were probably the friendliest group of people we have ever had at a hotel. The front staff always great g you with a smile and hello. The cleaners kept the room spotless and were very quick to look after us when we needed something. And last but not least was the restaurant staff they were sooo friendly and helpful the waiter and chef were amazing we had great conversations with both on Wednesday and Friday they made us feel at home. When my wife came down to breakfast after interacting with the room cleaner and having an amazing interaction she was telling me how sweet the girl was when the waiter spoke up and said it was his sister. So great to have excellent service. Thank you all very much and we will be back for sure.
