Albany Area Primary Health Care - Glover Dental Center

The front staff never answers the phone, they are always talking but never working. They gave me wrong prices, and instead of helping me try to fix my teeth, they decided to pull them. I knew no better. Now, I go to Dental Partners. Way better service, prices are reasonable and accurate. They care about my teeth and are trying to help me save them instead of pulling them. I do not recommend ANYONE go to Glover Dental!!!

Had my appointment canceled five times the day I do go they tell me it's going to be at least the 3-hour wait the doctor was very nice and good but everyone else is very unprofessional cannot get a return phone call . Can't call every day no one answers no one will call you back very unprofessional

They have been very unprofessional. They have rescheduled my sons appointment 4 times, each time giving a lame excuse. Ive expressed to them how upset I was and how I needed the records completed for his school. They have no regard for patients time whatsoever. I would report them to the Better Business Bureau if I could. I definitely would not ever recommend this clinic to anyone.
