Pros: budget friendly, reviews the cost before services begin, great work by Dr. Moss, who does an exceptional job in making sure you get great results when your braces are removed no matter how long it takes. CONS: The ladies in the back scream at the kids "go brush your teeth", they sometimes call the kids by the wrong name, one told my child that "it is okay to see blood", and they show no compassion when the child is crying, they do not recommend that the patients use electric toothbrushes to better clean their teeth when regular toothbrushes fail to do so, and they do not recommend "gum protection" toothpaste to patients who gums are swelling. Parents need recommendations and not judgment to better help their kids have overall great results when the braces are removed. I had to receive tips from another dentist's office. I recommend this orthodontic practice because of Dr. Moss BUT the ladies who help him in the back could use training in quality customer service.
