We have been in our home for over a year. Still waiting on cabinet door. For what we paid, I expected better service. Our first home's frame was bent and they took it back. This one took a lot of time to get right, as the center wall was a foot and a half off. If only we could go back to before this mess. I will be glad to provide pics. Tammy Montgomery

I can NOT express with words how poorly these houses are built. Dont take my word for it. Read reviews and then compare prices. Clayton and Wayne Frier build much better homes and they cost LESS! Do yourself a favor and keep shopping. The sales force there will lie to you in a minute to buy their antiquated garbage because no one that shops around will.

Drove two hours to look at tiny homes with two of my elderly friends who were wanting to buy. We couldn't even see what they had on lot with giving them financial information so we left without ever getting to step foot in one. What is so hard about letting someone at least see one of the one bedroom and one of the two bedroom and then they could have decided if it was really too small or,not or they could have come up with a design,. This company is a scam. Went to Clayton homes was able to look at different models no questions asked.

Briget Howard from Heritage Housing was amazing. She was kind, Professional and kept asking me questions after showing me each house to make sure she would meet my expectations. At the end of the tour I picked my home and have been very pleased with the outcome of the experience so far.
