They have beautiful homes! Definitely will be doing business with them soon! They always have great customer service, which I am big on. Everyone is so helpful. And yall, the homes ARE new. I know some other companies that say they are new but, when u walk around it doesn't look new at all. I know a bit about new construction and interior design, so , I will quickly pick up on that. Every time I have gone, I have always had a great experience.

Email showed 6 modular homes for sale, but when I clicked on the link, none of them were listed. Send relevant emails or provide a direct link to the advertisement.

This place is terrible worst place to buy a home the service you get after buying the home is worse than a used car sales men they will half a$$ set up your home things will start going wrong very quickly

If youre looking for a great home at a reasonable price, Titan Factory Direct in Albany, GA is the place to go. Lisa helped us in making a decision by showing us a variety of homes. Even though she was the only one there the day we went to look, she made time for us and listened to what we said we were looking for. My husband and I will definitely recommend her and Titan Factory Direct to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
