I can't say enough about this company from the boss to his employees, they're all amazing! great customer service. It is very sad, but it is the truth. I dealt with about three plumbing companies, and None of those companies did a completely crawl under my house, otherwise they would have seen this pipe that have been broken for years Thankfully sizemore plumbing company came, and they did an amazing job. Thank you Terry ,boss ,and crew !

Don't even waste your time calling Sizemore Plumbing. It doesn't matter what the issue is they are 2 weeks from getting anyone to help you no matter if it is an emergency or not. Customer service is VERY rude as well.

Ive had two bad plumbers already in the area so I was hesitant to say the least when I still needed to fix my drain. Then I googled and read each ad when I noticed one company used their Own last name for their company. I thought the only people that would attach their name to their work would probably always try and do justice in the community. I Was Right!! Sizemore Bros. Plumbing lived up to my thoughts and then some. Because when the bill came I couldnt believe how fair & honest they were too. My last plumbing bill was 960.00 and the problem still existed Then I called Sizemore Bros. And Its Fixed and only for 250.00. The only thing they didnt do is send the Brothers out how could I be so naive.. It didnt matter though their educated workers did just as good and Solved my on going problem. I will never recommend this company to anybody. They scammed me out of $100 and the lady working the phone is disrespectful and unprofessional. The plumber came out to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. He claims it was the faucet not sealed on enough. They charge me $100 for the repair. One week later, the bucket under the sink is filled back up ITS STILL LEAKING. I call them back and ask for a more experienced plumber, the lady stated The experienced plumbers are too busy doing more important jobs. A plumber comes out again and cant find the cause of the leak. When we ask for the money back (since the leak was NOT repaired) the lady was very rude and told me I couldnt have the money back. I explained the leak is still not fixed which is why I paid you. I told her I was not a happy customer, and she replied with Thats your wifes job. To say she is unprofessional is an understatement. She never answers the phone and when she does, she is very unpleasant. I was disrespected and robbed by this company.
