        Really enjoyed our stay. MJ and the staff were all amazing. The breakfast area in the morning is fully stocked with everything you could need. The woman that works in the kitchen area is so nice and we appreciate feeling very welcomed. The clea ing staff are also super efficient and kind. The hotel is in a great neighborhood and close to everything. Only about 15 mins from downtown and only 35 mins from stone mountain.

        I had the opportunity to spend one night here in room 119. For some reason, the AC was not cooling properly, but I thought it could be due to the heat outside. Sadly, at 3 a.m. I woke up sweating and tried to change rooms. Normally, the manager knows about rooms with problems, but they keep renting them out anyway. This hotel is one of those.

        This was our first time in Atlanta. We were there for CheerSport (a huge cheer competition) and we choose this hotel out of the three choices that we were allowed to choose from. We choose this option because we loved that we were able to cook and have a bigger space to spread out as a family of four. Boy are we glad we were choose this hotel. Everyone was so nice starting with the front desk staff member who helped make the whole checkout process wonderful. The free breakfast was a major plus for us as we had to be at the Georgia World Convention Center in the morning and we were so crunched for time that it was super convenient to just walked down and have breakfast with no hassle. Everyday had a different menu (anything from waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, etc.). Plenty of parking for a fee, they do have a pool that we could see right outside our bedroom window but we went in February so we could not use it. They are located near plenty of places to eat. Checkout process with the same staff member who checked us in was a 10 out of 10! Our family will definitely stay at Homewood Suites - Buckhead the next CheerSport go around.
