Beautiful yet quaint hotel. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel is excellent location

Pros: - convenient location - nicely decorated - good size rooms and bathroom Cons: - super loud. My room was on the 5th floor which is the top floor. Im not sure what is on the roof but I constantly heard stomping above me all hours of the day and night as well as what sounded like the dragging of chairs and furniture and dropping of heavy items. It was like being in an apartment with upstairs neighbors from hell. - the check in process was disappointing. We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel early understanding check in wasnt until 4pm. We planned to drop off our bags and head over to ponce city market. We were told our room would be ready at 2:00 and to come back then. We came back at 2:00 and the room wasnt ready. We waited for an hour and asked about the status again and spoke to a different front desk person who said she would text when the room was ready. A half hour later I got a text and checked in at the desk again and yet another front desk employee was there and told me check in wasnt til 4:00. I said I know but I was told my room would be ready at 2:00 and he brushed me off. Finally at 3:55pm he allowed me to check in. The problem here is I didnt expect or request an early check in but was told 2pm by the first person and ended up wasting 2 hours waiting which was frustrating and the employees were not particularly kind or friendly or understanding. - the water/ice stations were not working - Hilton brand hotels only do limited daily housekeeping and we only got fresh towels once during our 4 night stay.

Room was very clean and the balcony added a nice touch! Can't say enough about the valet staff and bartenders! Big shout out to Jackie, Tim, and Miranda!They were all very kind, personable, and professional! Highly recommend and will definitely be back very soon! WoW . WoWza . WoW!!! Rooms: My Diamond Membership ELevated me to the Q-Suite, which was a GORGEous Surprise. I was aLso gifted with a beautifuL keepsake key chain adorned on a vase with a rose. I LOVED THE BRASS FIXTURES + HARDWARE through my Suite - Perfect Touch. Nearby activities: Historic 4th Ward . Restaurants . Parks . The BELTLINE + More. Safety: I feLt secure throughout the property. Walkability: Ponce City Market + aLL of her Goodies are a Stones Throw Away aLong with WhoLe Foods. Food & drinks: The ambience within Mrs. P's is warm + romantic. My server was SteLLar, + my Crab Cake Sandwich + TruffLe Fries were SubLime. I was gifted a deLicious cocktaiL, yet I can't recaLL her name - BLame it on the Jetlag. ;) Noteworthy details: From the moment my fur baby + I exited our ride share, we were warmLy greeted with a GLorious SmiLe + HeLLo from the Handsome VaLet. The V.P's of 1st Impressions continued in the Art GaLLery Lobby, where we were greeted by the Kindest Hosts when I checked in. PLease Look up my arrivaL date of 10.31.23 to reveaL the Ladies name who provided me with HeavenLy Service.
