For the most part, we enjoyed our stay here. This is a great location across the street from the Aquarium and park with clean rooms, breakfast, and decent food options within walking distance. The front desk crew was commendable. Check-in was both informative and efficient. Brandon went out of his way to greet us on our way in and out making us feel welcome. We had a neighbor with a dog that just wouldn't stop $#@% barking. The dog owners told the hotel they didn't have a dog and were watching the Cruella movie lol, despite walking the dog in the hall and at breakfast. The front desk crew moved us to a lower floor in the middle of the night. We lost the high floor benefit, half a night of rest, and it was a hassle to pack up and move, but not exactly the fault of the hotel. Minus 1 star because we feel like this could have been handled differently. Resolution between guests will always be complicated, but we got inconvenienced due to another guest.

We had zero issues. The hotel was solid. It was clean and the perfect size for our large family. Directly across from the aquarium and walking distance to the Ferris wheel. Would stay again.

Wonderful friendly staff, very clean hotel and location was great because we didn't rent a car. Many places to go to eat, even with picky kid eater, and entertainment right across the street Rooms: Clean and maintained well Safety: Felt safe walking around Park area. No one bothered us Walkability: Walk to where you want to eat or go to Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Skyview Farris Wheel
