        One of the worst hotels ive ever been to! Dirty old rooms, bad service, and a very old building. Couldnt sleep at night because the AC was so loud.

        I requested a receipt at checkout (needed for business travel) and was told the printer is broke and they will email it to me. I did not.receive I called 2 times to request a receipt showing that it was a zero balance at checkout and to confirn my stay and had them repeat my email address back to me. I received nothing. I called a third time and they said they don't give receipts to.show zero balance if it was not booked through them. I called a 4th time and they provided a receipt to my email while we were on the phone. The 4th time I requested a receipt and the lady sent me one while we were on the phone. My name is in the receipt but the address is not mine and the rate paid was not the same that I paid. To get reimbursed for work travel people DO NEED RECEIPTS AND CONFIRMATION to SHOW DATES OF STAY. So frustrating

        I experienced a) Poor Customer Service, b) Poor Bathroom Cleanliness, c) Poor Room Amenities for a room priced for several hundred dollars a day. 1. I have always been able to check in after 11am without a charge as an HH member. HA said I would have to pay. HA tried to sell me an upgrade. 2. I have always been able to get a microwave as an HH member. HA said I would have to pay. HA offered the use of a microwave in the lobby (seems like motel service) 3.I have never had the bathroom smells like sour towels. I requested a disinfectant and/or disinfectant solution. HA did not show up at the agreed time for house service. 4. I have never had the front desk not pick up a call. I called the front desk and room service (which asked for the time I wish to wake up) over 5 x each about 30 rings each. 5. I have never had a room with no drinking glass. 6. I have never had a room with no hand soap. 7. I have never had a bathroom with no ventilation.
