Decor is tired. Hotel needs a refresh. Not bade but expect for for the price. Hvac in room blows directly on banquet. Fridge is noisy for sleeping room.

I just had the most phenomenal day at the four seasons spa. I was having a bad morning and valeted my car and a very kind man named Eric fortunately got me in for an 80 minute customized facial with Kat. It was the most incredible treatment I have ever received. Kat gave me part relaxation and part oxygen facial which I had heard a lot about but never tried, also I asked her about Craniosacral Massage therapy which I knew was not offered here but she performed it at the last portion of the facial. My head, neck and spine feel so much better after her cathartic touch. She is also a reiki specialist. Lastly I had wonderful service at the pool by Jamal, a member of staff and who has been with FS for 14 years. Ordering is simple by scanning QR code by the phone which dials directly to Dining. I got a bottle of Prosecco and a delicious burrata salad with chicken served poolside. My facial, food and drinks were outstanding as was the gorgeous pool but what is most important is that everyone was so gracious, warm and welcoming; I can’t wait to return.
