I rent a place with them and they are great Landlords to work with. Very well informed, efficient and are not afraid to answer any questions you may have! Landlord is also very easy to communicate with and troubleshoot any issues you may have. The area I rent is peaceful, with local parks, bars, restaurants and more. Definitely would recommend renting with them!

Talk to the owner Jorge he was really nice and professional. He took the time out of his day to explain how everything works with the rental .He also took the time out of his day to come show me that apartments . I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TALK TO JORGE.

My apartment is very well taken care of and the area is very safe to live in. Carlos and Jorge are great landlords! If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would!

Have yet to rent there but when I went to do a tour I loved the space, the furniture and everything about the apartment! I defintely recommend them if you are looking for a nice place to stay at!
