Kalani help me look at a 2023 Honda Civic sport. Other than that service was terrible. I drove 2hrs to get the vehicle I was looking at. I made sure $23,500 was the final price over the phone. But that wasnt the occasion, As soon as I went with the end of price manager, he was already giving me an attitude. While he was asking to see the check he was giving me unprofessional responses and attitude. Never gave a reason why he wanted to see my check. Also, supposedly you cant get rid of the LOJACK fee nor CERAMIC CODING fee I wasnt told that through the phone nor website. I didnt buy the vehicle, before I left I asked to receive my paper work copies back, mind you this is my Contract orders of the Army and LES. Didnt receive them. They argued that they keep all copies. Once I stepped out the building to leave, he came back outside, tried to bribe that hell bring the price down. I didnt accept the deal, I asked again to hand me my paper work. He said yes, but I had to wait outside the building. Came back 10mins to hand me my copies. Positive he made copies.

Had my truck for week1, nothing done, told me they were starting on it Monday, nothing done Tuesday nothing done wouldn't answer the phone or respond to my texts asking about my truck for a week. That's week 2. Tuesday of the 3rd week of no work or response I went and picked it up, un touched.
