        Employees seem bothered to be asked any questions, just directing you to go online for everything. 2024 Edit: They ONLY care if youre making them commission. My fiance is deployed overseas. Kim Faulkner, specialist, advised that Verizon doesnt work where deserts are, due to Verizon being unable to data track out there. After verifying online and on the phone that his location was valid for an international plan, with her whole chest, she re-confirmed that Verizon doesnt work on deserts and our only option was to suspend his army line for the duration of his deployment. She was incorrect, unhelpful, and dismissive. After these two bad experiences, I would recommend going to any other Verizon in the area. Buford continues to harbor a group of rude people.

        Im a 10years customer... Im consulting about billing! The manager doesnt want me to talk to me at all! Have you even opened an account here? Have you ever opened an account? Shouldnt you help? He didnt even want to ask for my phone number! He just said a few words and he didnt even want to help me Garbage service! I have been a customer for more than 10 years! I even want to change the phone company!

        First time I used this company, sales told me to change to your company, what a great thing to say, I need to change companies now and you tell me you can't do it? Please respect everyone's opinion, when you change your company, you can do anything, I need to change to another company, you can't do anything!

        I walked in, the Verizon rep checked me in and asked what I was looking for today? I replied the samsung 6 watch, he asked if I wanted it today and I said yes. The rep then helped another lady. The only other Verizon worker in there told the rep that checked me in... said I was next. The rep ignored him, continued to help the other person and when done helped yet a different lady that had just walked in the door and left me sitting there AGAIN. I left. I will never return. I guess wanting to buy that day was not good enough for that Corporate Verizon Store. The one in Lawrenceville is the best.
