My wife went there to get a number for my daughters Apple Watch (with cellular) couple months ago. And the sales person MD suggested her to get a phone line and connect the watch to the phone. ( I already have 4 lines , why I need a new line if I want to connect the watch with the phone). Then my wife went back home to get IMEI number .And the sale person called my wife and finished everything on the phone. Today I realized that we got two new lines , 1 number for Apple Watch and 1 number for phone. And he even added a protection to the watch , $15/month for a $299 watch ? Without telling us all those details. So I went back and tried to talk to the sales person. We went there 2 times and finally talked to the manager. I explained the situation and the manager just said that we could call Att to cancel. Without saying anything related their mistake. Im not sure if they can do the sales by phone without customers signature or not. But at least they should have noticed the customer that what services were actually added. Then I spent whole hour to call ATT to cancel the useless phone line and protection plan. Wasting half of the day dealing with this issue. If u have to go there , make sure talk to the right person. There is a young guy who is very friendly and professional. He explained some details to us when we were there first time this morning.

I walked into the AT&T store in Buford after going to the Apple Store at the mall at Ga since Stan in tech was rude and did not assist me but argued with me. I left and went to the AT&T store and was assisted by Jacob who was professional courteous and helpful and purchased my wireless AirPods Pro and left happy. I would recommend going to the AT&T over Apple at the Mall Of Ga you will get better service

My son and I went into the store to have information transferred to his new phone. The phone was not responding to touch, so a different approach had to be taken. Alex Vasquez was great!! He was funny and engaging! He was also able to get my sons phone taken care of. He was also very knowledgeable about ATT internet and all options available. Recently moving to this area, people have not really been nice or helpful. It was really refreshing meeting and working with Alex!! Please ask for him!! Thank you Alex for a great experience!! Excellent Customer.Service!
