Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Stuck with a flat tire and a near-flat spare. Can't get anyone to answer the phone - ANY extension . . . >6 calls to EACH extension ... #2 (for rates/availability or to book a reservation), #3 (to modify/cancel/etc.), and #4 (to speak with someone at the local office - then options #1 AND #2). Well over 15 calls/attempts to reach someone . . . "All employees are busy helping other customers, please hold..." - seven rings and then "goodbye" and disconnected. Continued calling 4x more times - same result. Seven rings - "goodbye" disconnected. Continued calling - at 5pm, the phones conveniently switched to a national number where I remained on hold for over five minutes and finally got ahold of Ricardo who barely spoke English and was only prepared to accept new reservations. Initial service via "Ragi" was great and first car switch was great . . . Subsequent service was fantastic … they just need a better system to respond to their phone.

Hello, I hope you are well. (: I had a good experience with this Enterprise location! Gary helped me out with my rental while my family vehicle was in a body shop. (: They helped me by picking me up from the shop as well as dropping me off back at the shop once my vehicle was ready. All of this was fast too! Just call ahead to give them a heads up. (: The pick up and drop off really helped me! Thank you. (:

The people who helped me at the Canton, GA location where amazing with their customer service. They were short handed and they still made the time to drop off a vehicle. They were in good spirits and had great attitudes. I wanted to thank them and ask them to keep up the GREAT WORK!

Perfect. Ragi helped us and did a great job. We went to Avis last time and what a mess. Never again! Avis and Budget are BAD!

Booked a reservation while they were closed on a Sunday. I confirmed on their website that the Canton location DOES pick customers up within 10 miles. I called first thing Monday morning and after holding for 20 minutes was told they no longer offer to pick customers up. I would have not made the reservation if this information was correct online.
