    Going car shopping alone as a woman can be very intimidating, so I want to give a big thank you to Sherry for making my car search a pleasant experience! She is very personable and does not feel like a salesperson. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I took up several of her work hours test driving 3 cars and ended up not liking any of them; she was generous to spend her time working with me regardless and continued to actively search for cars for me. I highly recommend working with her, especially if you are a woman shopping solo for your next car.

    AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! My boyfriend bought a certified Honda Civic back in September and was promised two complimentary oil changes and a spare key. All was great until it was time in November to get the free oil change. We go to the Honda dealership on Lee Highway and was told that there were no oil changes on the vehicle. We called Shottenkirk and was reassured that they would fix the problem, so he pays out of pocket and we leave. We also asked about the keys (which we were told to pick up a few days after and had already driven to the dealership for them to not have it ready.) We were told by our sales representative TL Ford that he would personally make sure the keys were sent, we still have not received them despite contacting them 3 more times about it. A few days ago we go to get his oil changed again and this time not only were there no oil changes on the vehicle, but that his certified car was not Honda Certified. The listing stated it was, the salesperson told us it was, everyone told us that it was which was one of the main selling points. Over the last three days we have called them 6 times for them to take our number and name and promise to call us back. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE CALL. Only come here if youre wanting auto misrepresentation, no help to resolve solutions, no call back, and false promises. This experience has been a complete nightmare. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP because it is NOT worth it whatsoever. Update: April 2024, Shottenkirk still wont reply to our calls or emails. Even the response on Google that they wrote to us is automated. Very frustrating and Honda of Chattanooga has been helpful in this situation. We contacted the Better Buisness Bureau and even they never got a response from Honda of Cartersville Shottenkirk. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! They also promised to reimburse our two oil changes and havent. We still do not have the spare key.day 98 of trying to get our situation sorted.
