One of the worst auto services I've ever had at this center, Brett at the counter was extremely rude, not just to me, but to pretty much everyone who came here looking for help on Saturday. Could definitely use some help with your people skills when one of the main parts of your job description is customer service. Also, maybe don't overbook your appointments so that changing two tires on a car doesn't take over 2 hours. I paid way too much for this kind of experience, and he was dismissive of pretty much everything I tried to speak to him about. The only positive experience I had here today was the tech Tony, who was very polite and got me out of the TLE quickly when my car was done.

Came in for a 6PM appointment to get my oil changed. Arrived early and hung out in the store for an hour when my service was canceled because "died 3 times trying to get into shop" and "has something in oil pan where plug is supposed to be". I've never had an issue with this car "dying" or not starting. If you didn't wanna service the damn car just say that instead of wasting my time.
