Our family heard about Your Neighbors Roofer through a friend who had their roof replaced. We did some research and decided to call. When we contacted Jake, he gave us references from several other satisfied customers around Cartersville, and that made us feel more comfortable from the get-go. After several hail storms here and there, enough damage was found and our claim was filed. Jake took care of it all! He got it approved and now we have a beautiful and architecturally sound roofing system. Good job fellas, I can't thank you enough!

My family and I had a great experience day one with Your Neighbors Roofer. Having this new roof has transformed the look of our home! I never knew I had damage like I did until Jake did a free inspection and showed me the report. I am not familiar with insurance policies or claims but Jake helped me every step of the way and explained in detail of how I could get a premium roof to protect my home and family. This company puts typical contractors to shame. Best decision I have made towards home improvement in years!

My wife and I decided to call a roofer after all the storms and spots of hail north of metro Atlanta. YNR came our as promised and did a thorough video inspection of our roof. Their team helped us assess our damage/situation. They met our insurance and helped us understand insurance stuff as well. Claim was easy and they represented us with the adjuster, and now our GAF 30 yr Shakewood looks great. Thanks Jake.
