While the process of obtaining this apartment wasnt the most pleasant experience as a first time renter, I am enjoying the community so far. There are a few things that need to be addressed, however, nothing happens overnight. Extending grace to the office staff as they are working to ensure that the community is taken care of and probably picking up the pieces of the previous property owners. Marcus, and the maintenance team are awesome. Very professional and courteous, and explains everything in detail. Turnaround time from submission of request to completion is pretty quick as well. Greatly appreciated!

So far so good I moved in and Monesha helped me through the whole process with start to finish very helpful and informative about the property. I did have slight issue with my hot water and sink maintenance came quickly to fix it as well . Marcus was very helpful and understanding as well knowing the importance of my issues being resolved. Thank you guys again.

This is my first appartment. Plenty of room just for me. There were some signs of whoever lived there last had some kind of anger problem. As there are holes patched in the wall. Bugs are a minimum, so no serious complaints. Other than that I like my appartment and plan to stay for along time.
