It's a motel.. Walkability: It's walkable. Two Mexican spots and a gas station to the left. And a small grocery store to the right less than a quarter mile.

This was an amazing experience! So unique and fun. The owner/artist/curator is fascinating and so welcoming. My friend and I had the best time.
