Each time I flushed my toilet in my recently purchased home the toilet spewed water over the toilet bowl. Obviously not a sanitary situation. I did not know the history of the house so was concerned thinking that perhaps the pipe was clogged with a diaper or tree roots. I called Pro Rooter Plumbing. Chris came out, investigated the pipes and then found that a water saver was creating the problem. He fixed it and charged me only for a service call. Based on that experience, when I needed to replace my 20 year old hot water heater I called Pro Rooter Plumbing. Chris again came out and gave me a variety of options for my new heater. He gave me an accurate estimate of costs and thoroughly explained exactly what work would be done and why. I accepted the bid. Chris installed a new 50 gallon water heater neatly and cleaned up what little mess resulted. I will use Pro Rooter again and highly recommend them. Chris did a great job today. I can tell he really likes what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. ProRooters prices are fair and they respond quickly when service is needed. Well definitely use them again.

If you are thinking of using this company, I would caution against it. They are very nice upfront to get the bid on your job but are grossly overpriced ,cut corners, and use old parts.When I called them to ask them to come back and replace the old valves( which would not shut off the water in an emergency).
I was told it was out of the scope of
the job. Seriously?? New valves for new water heaters?? They would not discuss the matter with me. I was told they didnt like my tone, said they were done & hung up on me twice. Is this the type of company you want to use? Now have a great Master plumber cleaning up their mess! Service: Water heater repair

Great local plumber service. They listen to your issues and try to give reasonable estimates. They don't try to sell you products or services you don't need. However with their experience and issues from past customers they WILL suggest what will possibly be needed in the future. Just great service and workmanship

Prices were very reasonable and great service. I noticed the 1 star review is in relation to price. A quick Google search shows that the average price for what that reviewer listed as being done is about $1800 and they paid only $1200 or so. That is unfair review and I suggest people ignore it
