Best doctor Ive ever had. Hes realistic and caring. I had migraines my entire life, saw several doctors before him, and never got answers until Dr. Futrell. He (and his staff) is truly the very best.

I canceled an appointment and rescheduled another. Show up for the rescheduled one and they didnt enter it in computer. Of course after carrying out my 80 year old mother on a walker they didnt even offer to see her for her usual five minute appointment and asked if I wanted to schedule another. I told them no because they might not write that one down either.

I was late twice for an appt because of the terrible parking area now they wont even schedule another appt. They have terrible customer service I would not recommend this place.

My visit with Dr. Futrell was a total waste of time and money. I left his office feeling that I had just visited a physician who displayed a total lack of empathy and concern. Wow! I suggest you avoid seeing this doctor if at all possible.
