Im not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from.. because they have to be fake reviews or something but this place is a joke. When applying I was told these apartments were in a good clean area only to find out that was a lie. (Im not from the area and was moving from Los Angeles) They are in the hood not only are they in the hood but theres a homeless tent camp on the side road leading up to the apartments. Theres homeless people and addicts roaming galore. Not only this but We should have followed our initial instinct and broke the lease the first night we got there and realized the apartment was dirty the toilets were dirty the garbage disposal was rusted and the fridge was dirty and out dated along with the dishwasher. We also thought it was crazy that property management came into the apartment without permission the first morning we were there. I guess to confirm that the apartment was really dirty. Those things were fixed so we decided to try and stay. Shortly thereafter we realized that the apartment was infested with roaches. Theyre everywhere we had to throw away most of our belongings after being there for about 4 months. The roaches were tiny, medium and big and everywhere..We had to dump so much of our property due to the roaches. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy . The office staff are not trust worthy because we should not know that the property manager has had several losses and had to call out because she had a Sister, nephew and husband to pass away. We should not know that her mother fell and hurt herself according to a member of her staff and he was exhausted from having to run the office by himself. This complex just isnt what its displayed to be the photos are also outdated. Take this as a warning to choose elsewhere to live. Let me not forget the day of Christmas there was a domestic dispute in the breeze way for about 2 hours that ended with someone getting arrested its ghetto. Theres a lack of communication from the office when they said they filed papers we never received anything like a court summons etc they just came and had random dudes remove the stuff from the apartment and throw it in the parking lot. Although the stuff was being trashed anyway and the apartment was mostly empty as we had already got rid of most of everything.. They treated ppls belongings like garbage. I thought the process in which they handled everything was weird. We were done dirty from the beginning but you live and learn. Worst 4 months Ive ever experienced with a rental property. Have literally never experienced a place like this. Weve obtained a legal team to handle the situation beyond this point.
