        Janae was amazing and knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area. She thoroughly explained the details about the various apartment layouts, as well as the ins and outs of the application process. She is definitely representing the Arlo brand in a phenomenal manner.

        Infuriating experience. My sister just moved in here, she ended up losing her key while we were on vacation. Getting a new key made has been an extremely easy process at the apartment I live in when I did this once. She has been calling and calling and they WILL NOT ANSWER. She has been leaving voicemails and emailing and NOTHING. Don’t live here. They obviously do not care about their current residents enough to even have someone answering their phones. We will now have to get a hotel tonight thanks to this.
