DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are roaches that do not go away, the apartments leak when it rains, and they SMELL. Its a musty, moldy smell that they never did anything about. They bait and switch you by showing you a nice, large unit, then give you a tiny, dirty unit. Their amenities consist of a pool and workout center that was NEVER OPEN and the front gate is busted. Trash is everywhere, and the mailboxes are not secure, so people will steal your mail and packages. Lastly management will try to hit you with whatever fees they can to bilk you out of as much money as possible. Aside from the mold, the maintenance team is the only decent thing about this place

I just want to take the time to thank Mr.Deondre and Mr.Dell on all their hard work towards turning this property around. It doesnt go unnoticed and we just wanted to say thank you.

My experience seems to be a little different from most reviews I've read. The staff was accommodating especially Ms.Tracy, she was able to get us Approved.The staff in this location is awesome. Everyone is friendly and very professional. I've been here since Feb 2024 and I must admit,it not a top notch property but the staff make me feel that it is. Its never any hesitant about getting anything done when it come to maintenance(Mr.Deondre and Mr.Dell).Thanks you all.On the other end we haven't stayed in an apartment in years so im trying to adjust and stay prayed up having these complaining neighbors of mines.

Weve been leaving here since over 4 years now and the new management is doing a great job specially Ms.Tracy is the best!! Shes been really helpful and she makes sure every process goes smooth and maintenance staff Mr.Drake, Dell and T been doing a great work and they make sure every maintenance request is fulfilled asap!!
