    Moving from out of state and interested in the apartment so I have many questions, but nobody answers the phone, they don't return messages, they don't offer virtual tours. They replied to my review saying they would call. I still havent heard back. I called again and they still havent answered and the virtual assistant is useless. Whats the point of having someone working in the office is nobody is available to answer the phone? Its impossible for their calls to be backed up as if theyre a call center. I moved the rating to 2stars because now theyre liars.

    The leasing office staff is misleading, unprofessional and refuse to resolve major ongoing issues. I moved to this apartment complex earlier in February Ive been living with lack of hot water for almost a month, 8 days with only cold water, and the staff have not been able get a plumber to come by and repair the water heater. The lack of hot water by law falls under critical repairs and major issues, is considered as an emergency and thus should be resolve within a reasonable amount of time.

    These apartments are gorgeous with resort style amenities and amazing management. From my first interaction with Egna I knew Modera was what Ive been looking for. She listened to my needs and showed me a few floor plans that fit my budget. So far I have had a great experience and definitely looking forward to living here
