Jacara was so inviting brightened our day. We were passing through looking for apartments she definitely made me want to move here. Her personality was excellent and the place is clean spic and span. There were no fingerprints on anything everything was spotless. She educated us on the amenities asked if we had any concerns and made us feel at home. I cant wait to move here

Shannel is AMAZING!! She made my experience easy and hassle free. My husband and I had to relocate for work and look for a new place to live with our two little ones. Moving is so stressful, but Shannel helped make the transition easier!! I would recommend her if you are looking to relocate to this community, you won't regret it!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Shannel, she was a great help. I loved the apartment that I saw. She made the tour quick, straightforward and answered all of the questions that I had. Glad, I had her to help with the application process as well. The property is beautiful, cant wait to move in!

Jacara at 3131 has been nothing but amazing to me while touring this place. They answer the phone, they answer all questions and even when I had to double back to check the apartment out again. It was a great experience. She is super sweet and so relatable, and she is a great person to talk to when you are looking for a place to live. I highly recommend her.

I have been a resident for more than 5 yrs and I had a package that was an office delivery that was refused by person in the office on 12-22-23 I wont say her name because she is nice but the whole concept REALLY SUCKED because this was my GRANDSON CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT WAS RETURNED TO UPS and I JUST SPOKE TO THE DRIVER-TODAY 12-23-23 and she said informed the OFFICE WOULD NOT TAKE IT!! SOME HOW MY APT # wasnt on the PACKAGE BUT SHE KNEW MY NAME BUT STILL COULD HAVE TOOK THE TIME TO PUT THE APT NUMBER ON PACKAGE AND THE DRIVER COULD HAVE PLACED IT AT MY DOOR!! These are New STAFF IN THE OFFICE AND THE PREVIOUS STAFF PROVIDED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YEARS . Thank you 3131 for messing up my GRANDSON CHRISTMAS 2023 he wont Receive IS DALLAS COWBOW JERSY HE WANTED !!!
I was just informed yesterday after being here for several years the office only accepts UPS PACKAGES the residents can go pick up from the office , That was a lie!!
WELL AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WILL JUST PAY FOR A USPS BOX!
