        Their estimators are the worst!!!!!!! See that's the problem. Jeni never called me. No message. No missed call. I had to call 3 times. That is unacceptable and horrible customer service. You all should be ashamed.

        I tried to use Gerber but their lack of getting back to me to schedule an appointment was disappointing. I called three times and they never called me back, one of the times I was on hold for 30 mins. No one came back on the line to touch base with me or to let me know what was going on. These days customer service is everything and Gerber lost me when they referred me to a paint and dent removal place without even seeing my vehicle in person.
