        The two young ladies stationed at cubicles 2 and 3 are lazy as well as incompetent. One of the ladies named Krystal stationed at cubicle 2 and the other whose name I was unable to attain declined to help as I sat for 20 mins before being helped and greeted all the while they sat on their phones and talked to each other. Despite the lack of service and care I experienced Tina who came to help me was great and a big help.

        This bank has consistently hired the most laziest incompetent staff I have ever seen iny life. I called repeatedly last Friday morning and no one answered the phone until 11am. When I asked to make an appointment for Saturday morning to open a second business account I was told to "just come in". When we got there I was informed that I would have to make an appointment for a weekday. About a year ago I applied for an auto loan over the phone with the branch manager. I later found out that the application was denied because she submitted it without all of the information. An incomplete application! Regions HR department can surely do better! They can hire a better staff for his branch.
