Oral Surgery Associates-Dental Implnt: Hall Brenda DDS

This is by far thee worst experience I've ever encountered at ANY Doctors office!! I would most definitely not recommend this location to anyone. The manager there is very nonchalant and inconsiderate. It's beyond me that a person who is to be the "manager" of a Medical establishment and doesn't know what a HSA account is. I showed her a paid claim for services at this location and she refused my service there. I took off from my 13 hour shift that I absolutely couldn't get back. I've paid for medication (post surgery meds) that I can't get my money back for and have absolutely NO use for. Then when I asked her for a note for work today she replied to me "a note for what" FOR me to actually go to work!! What do you mean for what?! I need documentation stating that I didn't have a procedure and I may return to work. If I could complain about this individual to anyone else please let me know.

Stay away from this place. Terrible experience, unprofessional service, and poor aftercare support.
