I dropped my cat off here for a routine surgery one morning and he had to stay overnight to be picked up the next day. He's never been away from home since he was a little furr ball so like any mom, I was worried. The surgery was done early that morning and they called me immediately after to let me know everything went well. So I was somewhat relieved but then later that evening around 5:30 I decided to call again to check on him before they closed just to get a little more reassurance that he was doing okay. The girl that answered the phone placed me on hold and then came back to the phone and said quite rudely, "The tech said they already called you with an update this morning." I said yeah that was several hours ago and I was just checking in on him again. "He's doing fine ma'am. You can pick him up in the morning after 9." Click. It only takes one negative interaction like that to sour me on a place so I won't be going back. My experience with a different vet was absolutely phenomenal and they called me at least three times during my cat's visit to update me on how she was doing. Good customer service goes a long way especially when you are spending hundreds of dollars and you are entrusting a place with a member of your family.

This place absolutely saved my cat life. I will no longer ever take any of my feelings or animals to the VCA ever again. I am only going to this facility from now on which is been around forever. Vet Clinton Walton was the nicest and most informative veterinarian I have ever spoken to. he immediately addressed my cats needs was able to return a phone call when I had questions as far as aftercare.

I brought my newborn pup here after he got injured from the mom trying to feed him. The vet looked at him and said hell be alright and gave me antibiotics for him. The puppy died the next morning. The visit was over $100 just for the doc to look at him for 5 secs and for for the pup to die the next day. 0/5 service, wouldnt recommend.

Dr Walton and Dr Clint Walton are both caring and great vets. All the folks here have always been helpful and accommodating for us and our cats and dogs! We have been patients for over 8 years
