        Its more about money than about pets here. It takes hounding them to get them to send you any documents. My dog needed surgery and they basically refused to send me or the surgeon of my choice the X-rays for my dogs. But you better believe I got a call next day after my appointment from the surgeon they suggested. No compassion by the staff whatsoever.

        This place is great! I took my baby girl here and was STRESSED about her eye! Kathy was so sweet and patient with my tears! They got her looked at really fast (we came to urgent care) and they were very thorough in assessing what was going on! So thankful for their patience with anxious pet parents!
