        Everybody here is stupid, especially Cassidy and Tammy, Cassidy messed up my taxes and costed me over 5,000$ and Tammy tried gas lighting me when I demanded a refund. The fat, nasty pig at the front counter needs to learn some manners as well

        I had an appt that was set up in advance for 2/12/24 at 11a with Barbara mysteriously it was double booked and I was asked to come back at 1p on 2/12/24 I did as asked and waited over an hour for Barbara not to come out and at least acknowledge me here. This was the worst experience I have had with H&R Block in Gainesville Ga on Thompson Bridge Rd, I have been going to H&R Block at this loc for almost 10 years .. Disappointed
