Trish Carter is a useless manager who is too busy to handle the burden of 3 stores. I was willing to file with this company but I wanted more information before doing so. Tried to schedule an appointment but only recieved attitude. Trish & her receptionist were no help for me & essentially persuaded me to just use Turbo Tax FOR FREE. This company is a joke.

I cannot say enough good things about my local H&R Block office. I have been working with Cheryl Ostroski for these past thirteen years. Cheryl is a genuine consummate professional. This time around, she went above and beyond the normal call of duty. I had to go out of town to attend to a relative who took ill. As a result, I needed to change my tax return appointment. On the off chance that I could drop off my documents and have my tax preparation dine while I was away, I went to the office on the afternoon before I was to fly out. It turns out that because the office was still open and Cheryl did not have any appointments, she made the decision to work with me on my tax return right then and there. Cheryl has always been reliable for me, in so many ways. It is just that, this time around, she helped me take so much off of my mind, as I had a challenging personal situation to sort out. Three cheers to Cheryl Ostroski and I look forward to working with her again next year!

Fast process and conveniently located. Also if you go same place each year they have easy access to previous year's taxes.
