I was having an issue with my system and Jonathan Estes and Bailey Dillard came out and troubleshot the problem in about 10 minutes. Fixed the simple issue and didn't even charge me to come all the way out. Glad it was something minor.

We had a great experience with Will, our septic specialist from Bynum. Not only was Will very knowledgeable about septic systems, but he also worked endlessly to help us locate our tank. Many companies will take advantage of their customers when they realize the customer is uninformed, but Bynum was professional, extremely helpful, and honest with us throughout the process. We will definitely call Bynum again whenever we have septic tank issues or need our tank pumped!
