Super thankful for Jimmy and his willingness to fix a problem before saying I need to buy it all new. I was pretty set on my septic tank/lines being a lost cause, but he repaired everything and saved me thousands of dollars.

Jimmy is literally the best! I was so worried that I would have to spend 7k to 15k on a new septic system as I was previously quoted by another company or a septic field repair for 4.5k to 5.5k . Instead I saw all the good reviews that Jimmy Septic had on google and gave him a call. Jimmy came and assure us he specializes on making old systems work! For a much affordable price he fix the system and now the septic thank is draining perfectly. I cannot stress this enough he is an honest, friendly and respectful person. If you have any problems with your septic system or drain field call Jimmy. You can see it in the pictures, there was a rootball of about 44 inches long and compacted in the pipe, which prevented the septic thank of draining out to the septic field. Everything was draining out in the yard and now the system runs smoothly and the yard is drying nicely. Thank you Jimmy!

Every other septic company I called provided enticing, low quotes for septic pumping over the phone, but once they arrived added crazy fees for "excess solids" and overflow after heavy rain. I turned them all away and got recommended Jimmy Septic.
Jimmy arrived, provided helpful explanations for my options, and stayed true to his word. While his rate was slightly more than other septic company's BASE rates in Gwinnett, he did NOT add fees. Every other company I had come out / called for quotes had service charges and fees added on top of the low quote, driving the total price WAY higher than Jimmy's. Jimmy was honest, fast, and like other reviewers mentioned, considerate of my property.
His rate was very agreeable and his service was fantastic. When I chose the cheapest option he offered for my problem, he gracefully offered advice on how to move forward and potentially extend the life of my aging system.
Seeing Jimmy's perfect 5 star review on Google may make you skeptical, but I think it's fitting for his service. Highly recommend. Do not be fooled by other companies' "low rates". They're low for a reason!
