I would not recommend anyone to move here. I moved out paid the 4 day fees just to get hit with extra fees. Theres always Shooting in breezeway, apartments flooding, extra fees for no reason, mailbox broken, maintenance sucks, neighbors fighting all through out the night and no parking in front of your building. This complex makes you scared to even come home late because you have to worry about being robbed or being in the middle of a shot out. Unexpected fees , they charge for pest control every month but dont come out regularly. They charge for trash just so youre building will get missed. Oh and these the first complex i know that dont charge your filter regularly unless you ask. Mold in windows.

For the year that I lived here I can go ahead and say this was the WORST living experience I ever had!!! This place really does not care about you, just your money and they really deserve ZERO STARS! There was an issue everyday since the very first day of moving in, from extremely loud and disrespectful neighbors all above me, ceiling leaks, car break ins, bug problems, etc.
THE LEASING OFFICE charges you for a gate key and the actual gate NEVER worked the entire time I lived there. Cars would get broken into on the daily it seems like, sometimes would also be set on fire. I once walked out to my car and seen 2 MEN attempting to break into my car but ran away, Another problem was the mailboxes being broken into and your mail will 100% GO MISSING here. THE LEASING OFFICE DID NOT TELL ANYONE THIS AT ALL, there was some small note ABOVE MAILBOXES saying it FROM USPS THEMSELVES!
There was a ROACH INFESTATION in the apartment as well as the whole neighborhood that they DID NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX. They were literally roaches everywhere in the apartment, I kept my entire house clean and spent hundreds of dollars on bug spray and I STILL had to use tape to cover the cracks in the wall to limit them, but that did not stop them. As you can see there were a lot of ROACHES trapped on the tape above my dishwasher which is GROSS. All of this was really gross and TRAUMATIZING.
The constant CEILING LEAKS from my BATHROOM to my KITCHEN, that would RUIN THE FLOORS from the SAME upstairs apartment with the loud neighbors.
BROKEN UTILITIES such as an improperly installed sink faucet, my DISH-WASHER was falling out for at least the first 4 MONTHS of me living there. Also, the AIR CONDITIONING Unit was SHUT OFF in my ENTIRE building for over a week during the HOTTEST week in the summer without being fixed it shouldn't have taken them that long to do that, the maintenance guy told me all of them were just "old and outdated", FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING?!
ALSO, the maintenance guys really WILL try to BREAK INTO YOUR HOME.I complained to the rent office and they didn't take any accountability and they simply didn't care and I was very concerned for my safety and explaining what had just happened!
Overall, everything is sketchy and unprofessional here.
I HAVE ENDURED INHUMANE LIVING CONDITIONS AND HAVE DAMAGED PROPERTY FROM CEILING WATER LEAKS!
This Neighborhood has VIOLATED its Lease Agreement in multiple ways and NOBODY SHOULD ENDURE THE PAIN & SUFFERING THIS NEIGHBORHOOD WILL CAUSE YOU!!! PLEASE TAKE THIS AS YOUR SIGN !!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

This staff was extremely unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment, I arrive the next day at my appointment time only to be told I would not be shown an apartment. Although they were open and operating, I was refused service. I was shown no consideration for having taken the time to travel to the complex...I was simple told I would have to come back another day. Rude, lazy, and unprofessional. If this is how I, treated while looking I definitely wont be spending my money here.
