        The experience in this location was horrible. I reserved a full pick up truck I had my budget Atl reservation number. I was there at 1pm my reservation was 1:30pm. Lisa the branch manager stated that pick up truck reservation had to be made 48 hours in advance, but the budgetatl.com doesn't state anything about this. I was allow to make a reservation for it; this was the most unprofessional excuse and first time I ever heard that from a rental company. The crazy part is while we parked the truck was pulling off fast. They basically gave my reservation away. When I asked Lisa the branch manager last name she said it was against the company policy another ridiculous excuse. I called budgetatl and they couldn't tell me about the 48 policy or where it was locate it on the website. They kept insisting on a van or suv but I specifically wanted pick up truck. This the second time budget has disappointed us in 2 days.
