Respectfully don't move here !!! I have Lived here for over a year, the pests are everywhere, it looks nothing like the photos on Google. The office workers have horrible attitudes and are very rude.
When you question why things are constantly changing without communication, they push you off. Thats if and when they feel like answering the telephones. I was calling for hours one day, and they didn't answer until I called as if I was someone wanting to apply for an apartment. Not to mention we have new staffing in the office almost every month so it's never consistent with who you are speaking with, and what they are in charge of. If you are basing it off photos, DONT. Also if you do decide to come here against my warning. Make sure you always check your bills, they will add charges and money to your account without explanation to you or without at least letting you know. They do not inform you of charges unless you call constantly and question them. Make sure you read every single line of your lease because even when you know the lease says one thing, the management will swear to you another. Despite our leasing agreement they tried to convince us our rent had increased when it hadnt. They are leaches who are only here for the money and do not care about residents. If you dont believe me PLEASE read the other review and was so glad other people experience the same thing as I have. So Im not alone. Do yourself a favor and RUN !! Moving here will only be a headache and issues monthly if not weekly.
Comment 1/16/24- Also because they only seem to respond to people on here. I will be showing yall how long it takes, so there will be an updated review WEEKLY until they at least answer the phone or come fix my sink that they put plaster over, with the drain leaking and marked my maitenance request as completed., and to fix my door that is falling off its own hinges from rust, chips of wood and old paint, and nails holding it together where the cracks are, that i have Asked them to fix when i first Saw it once we moved in. And NO we were not allowed to tour the apartment because of renovations AND THEY RENOVATED EVERY OTHER APARTMENT AROUND US BUT CANT FIX OURS LIKE WEVE BEEN ASKING
Update 3/26 - It is the end of March yall & None of my issues have been fixed !!!!
