Everything went well at Dr. Paul's office. We were taken in on time. Someone on staff was with us the whole time we were there. Dr. Paul was efficient and explained each step of the procedure. He answered all the questions I asked in plain, everyday English. The procedure went quickly and the healing process was quick and clean. I'm very happy with the work and the overall appointment.

If I could put less than 1 star I would. This dentist office was a referral from my regular dentist office and I have never experienced a dentist/medical office where they refuse to actually call a live person and verify insurance when the pre-verification of insurance EOB system is down. This is ridiculous, my daughter has been waiting to have oral surgery for OVER A MONTH and this office said they only take written verifications. So youre telling me if there was a worldwide outage, that instead of making money you would lose clients/money because youre too lazy to call and verify insurance and receive the approval number and allowances?! As a business owner myself, if this is how they run their business they wont be in business too much longer Then to add insult to injury, you ask for a deposit and we give you a deposit. But then you refuse to call insurance company I want a refund!! The sad part is I called another oral surgeon today, took the referral to them they submitted the EOB and called insurance company to get a verbal verification of what they pay and what will would be our of pocket expenses ALL IN THE SAME DAY!! I do not recommend this office for services, but someone may have a different experience than we haveMaybe this is a sign of that this was not the oral surgeon for us. And please dont waste your time calling the number. Called to try to resolve issues, according to Dr Paul. They told me the exact thing, so no they really dont want to resolve issues. They just respond to make appear like they are resolving issues. I STILL WANT A REFUND FOR MY DEPOSIT!!
