I had surgery done by Dr. Digumarthi almost one year ago. Double jaw surgery. He is one of the doctors that is very patient in consultations and explains things very well. When I left a message withswith the office that I wasn't sure about what surgery I was going to chose out of my two options, the surgeon called me to talk over my questions then to and give me his best advice on each of my surgery options. After the surgery, he explained to me and my family how things went and what would happen from there for recovery. The whole time, his nurturing instinct kicked in; he grabbed a washcloth, and helped clean up my face a bit after I had woken up from surgery. He is really kind, and remembered to tell me 6 months after my surgery something really sweet that my Father said to him. I would recommend this surgeon to anyone. His office can get very busy, and the office staff sometimes confused me. They never scheduled my 6 month follow-up. I called to ask them if I was supposed to have one, and they got it scheduled though. And if I was supposed to get instructions in writing before surgery, I never got that. Don't judge the whole practice on just the front desk.

Was referred to this company because of my orthodontist. I dont even have the energy to type up my whole experience with their negligence and piss poor customer service. Shut this place down IMMEDIATELY.

My daughter had an appointment at 8am to take two wisdom teeth out. We waited 20mins outside for someone to answer the phone to open the door so we could go up to the office. I got quoted for one price and when I got there the front office lady told me I had to pay another price. She did not know why she stared telling me about how every month the price changes another lady looks at the screen and says because my insurance didn't cover the consultation. I pay and go sit back down and the back office girl says ok we are taking your daughter back go wait in your car and we will call you up when she's done. My daughter is a minor . I do not recommend this oral surgery office at all. I should of taken my daughter to the oral surgeon my dentist referred us to. Never again.

Horrible customer service at the front desk, the woman had no professionalism and i was rudely put on hold as she laughed into the mic. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Due to the way I was treated I had to cancel my appointment.
