        Tried to rent a tow dolly. They said I had to rent a truck also. Ok. So then they tell me my van cannot be pulled by any towing setup trailer or dolly that my van cannot be moved at all. Went to u haul got a dolly for 45 dollars and pulled the van extremely easy no clearance issues nor was it too heavy to pull as she had told me. The van only weighs 3200 pounds. And why it wouldn't work on a trailer if they were scared to do it with a dolly I understand that , but to just tell me it can't be moved at all I felt was a little ridiculous. Thanks anyways.

        Figured I'd try Penske out for this move as I've previously always used Uhaul. Staff is inconsistent when it comes to what service warrants a discount. Staff was courteous which is the only reason I gave an extra star. Needless to say I'll be going back to U-Haul the next time I move.
