When looking for my new apartment; I looked at a lot of communities. Cortland caught my eye from the moment I entered the office. The community is beautiful. My apartment is perfect. I love calling Peachtree Corners home.

There is something wrong with the water! I have to work extra hard cleaning to knock down black mold everywhere that water touches (toilet, shower head, etc.). For instance, if I wait just a few days to clean my toilet with harsh chemicals, I can see the signs of black mold forming. The holes in my kitchen sink sprayer begin to clog with black mold within just a few days even though I don't use it regularly. I have been increasingly plagued with allergy symptoms such as low-grade headaches, runny nose, sneezing - and now I have to take medication regularly. That is something I have never had to do my whole life. I don't know where the water is coming from, but it does not appear to be from a government/city source. A number of people from my building have experienced varying levels of reaction to the mold, and they have begun to move out. I'm probably next. You might want to think twice . . . Especially if you are sensitive to mold and mildew!
